  • 5+yrs of experience in a corporate environment delivering BIM/VDC services.
  • 12+ years of knowledge/experience of being a project leader on a mid-size to large Mechanical project.
  • 10+yrs of knowledge/experience with BIM/VDC workflows and industry standards.
  • 10+yrs of knowledge/experience with BIM/VDC software related to mechanical building systems.
  • 10+yrs Knowledge/experience of the building & construction industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including perseverance, accepting responsibility, flexing leadership style, recognize and optimize resources, people leadership, being ethical and harmoniously able to work with people at all levels.
  • Exemplary Communication Skills

The purpose of your role as a BIM/VDC Senior Manager

As a BIM/VDC Senior Manager, you will provide firmwide strategic BIM/VDC guidance, direction and leadership. This is a key position to develop and establish Harris as an AECO industry leading firm in process and technology delivery. Internally, you will work closely with the VP of BIM/VDC and build trust and partnerships with all Harris stakeholders.
