In 2022 the Customer Service department started a transition in how the department services our participants and other clients. This transition includes changes in the department structure, its technology, and processes.
Customer satisfaction and teamwork remain two of our core values. In this role you’ll play an important part in helping ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality customer service to our participants who are ready to or are already retired and plan sponsors, including working escalated cases to conclusion. You’ll also be responsible for benefits administration and record keeping related to benefits that can include our retirement and health & wellness benefits.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Has a passion for serving customers.
- Professional writing skills. Is able to prepare a business letter or email with appropriate punctuation and clarity.
- Able to perform basic math functions for calculation of premiums, billing reconciliation, audits and resolution of contributions/distributions.
- Ability to understand and interpret multiple plans documents, policies, procedures, legal requirements, and retirement plan concepts.
Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical area of study (ex: math, business, human resources)
- Benefit administration experience specifically with defined benefit, defined contribution or health benefits.
