Better starts and ends with the customer

As a part of the Agent Management team which handles Retail Money Order product and serves large agency networks in Brazil, you will take responsibility for producing accurate daily settlement, reporting, reconciliation of internal accounts, resolving exceptions, and handling other product-related processes. You will communicate proactively with business partners and agents worldwide, analyze and respond to their inquiries, complaints, and concerns.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • High school education is required

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese both verbal and written is a must (81% - B2+)

  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong at analyzing data, problem-solving and with great attention to details

  • Up to 2 years of customer service experience with a customer-oriented approach or experience working in an accounting field would be nice to have
