ADP is hiring a HR Project Specialist - Associate Relations. The Associate Relations (Employee Relations) COE is responsible for building associate relations capabilities and enabling management effectiveness through the execution of proactive associate relations initiatives. The COE is also responsible for establishing and managing a consistent process for and investigating and resolving associate complaints and conflicts and conducting all investigations.

The Associate Relations Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the quality control, metrics and overall project management for the associate relations program specifically, and AR Systems (Acuity, EV-5, Tableau etc.) broadly.

  • Evaluates team cases to ensure that World Class Service and case management protocols delivered based on the documentation guidelines.
  • Ensures that data audit and related feedback is consistent and is in support of delivering a consistent, accurate and appropriate Associate Relations service.
  • Appraises individual case documentation and provides written and verbal feedback to the Associate Relations Manager to drive completeness and consistent approach.
  • Prepares written suggestions for improvement and provides the associate with a copy of the case evaluation.
  • Supports AR Sr. Director and Directors with reporting and data trending to support service delivery and provides documentation/feedback in support of all performance evaluations.
  • Monitors Associate Relations interactions, documentation, record keeping and completion through the Associate Relations tool.
  • Maintains the functions record keeping regarding discipline, grievances, settlement and release agreements.
  • Performs statistical analyses to identify and report significant trends along with recommendations.
  • Monitors the morale and culture to identify any issues, especially as they relate to empowerment and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Runs reports to collect Operations and Customer metrics for the function.
  • Analyzes the data to identify trends and facilitate training as needed.
  • Provide metrics analysis to leadership with recommendations for process improvements, policy changes, or other changes that would impact HR effectiveness.
  • Maintains knowledge management sites, portal pages, internal sharepoints and sharing sites, project sites and other online references for the function.
  • Participates as a team member or leader of Associate Relations projects; for example focused on service improvement, service expansion, global expansion or process improvements.


  • Bachelors degree, Human Resources or related field;
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR Analytics and Associate Relations,
  • 3+ years mid-level proficiency/experience creating for executives presentations, charts, and graphs with PowerPoint and comparable tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and problem solve is key.
