Better requires process discipline and simplification
You will manage a team of engineers. Your technical responsibilities include code reviews, architecture solutions and maintain code quality controls and delivery. As a people manager, you will be responsible for capacity planning, release management and performance appraisal of your team members.

You need to have degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field is required. 7+ years of software development experience along with experience in people management. 4+ years in Spring and 2+ years of experience in UI Development. You need to have experience in No-SQL database like Couchbase and Cassandra and RDMS like PostgreSQL/ Oracle is a must. Experience in DevOps technologies like GIT, Jenkins. Experience in cloud technologies is a plus. Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies along with prior knowledge of finance domain is good to have.
