Revance is a biotechnology company focused on innovative aesthetic and therapeutic offerings, including our next-generation investigational neuromodulator product, DaxibotulinumtoxinA for Injection. We are building a premium category in facial aesthetics, which is focused on differentiated and improved outcomes, a compelling value proposition and an elevated experience for HCPs and patients, having recently expanded our aesthetics portfolio to include digital services with the acquisition of HintMD, an innovative fintech platform.
Reporting to the Lead Corporate Counsel, AGC, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HintMD fintech platform legal function, reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and providing support for privacy and general corporate matters. Experience with fintech and payment processing is a big plus. Familiarity with data privacy, HIPAA, CCPA, support of tech product development, commercial law and general corporate is helpful.
This attorney must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to identify and resolve legal issues, draft and negotiate contracts, and balance legal and business concerns. Additionally, this attorney must work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment as part of a dynamic team of professionals and have the ability to communicate effectively in group settings and as well as with staff at all levels.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product development team, payments team, director of compliance and the sales and commercial teams on top strategic transactions and projects that drive the platform's evolution and revenue generation;
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements with a focus on payment processing partnerships
- Assist with and manage privacy matters
- As bandwidth permits, handle other issues and projects that arise, including general corporate and securities matters
- Manage and prioritize multiple deals and agreements
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the product development team, payments team, director of compliance and the sales and commercial teams, internal stakeholders and clients
- Agility and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a roll up your sleeves style and ability to collaborate with team members on cutting edge legal issues
- Think outside of the box and provide strategic advice on the most effective solution for the client
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school and must be admitted to practice or have Bar membership in state of residence
Experience
- 3+ years of tech, fintech, payments or commercial contracts experience, preferably in-house
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong experience scaling processes and policies for a rapidly growing organization

- Knowledge of privacy regulations preferred Collaborative, highly responsive and service-oriented
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
- The ability to think and execute both strategically and tactically
