Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The pharmaceutical industry is entering a new period of rapid change. The need to better characterize and understand how to best serve our customers will be a near-term and long-term reality. This means that for Teva there is a need to curve and adapt our commercial model. Customers are being expanded beyond traditional MD/DO based healthcare models. Traditional ways of engaging our customers will need to be adapted in a post-covid environment. Due to these changes in care, it means new ways of working are emerging with new technologies to support how HCPs conduct their work. In order to enable Teva US Specialty Medicine to be best positioned to serve the patients and the HCPs who treat them, an assessment and strategic approach will need to be developed for how the commercial organization will evolve. This means a full evaluation and strategic alignment built around the customer experience is necessary. Adaptation of these insights will drive a purposeful evolution from the direct customer-facing teams to those who work to support the overall customer needs across various field facing and/or home office functions.
The Innovation Director will be part of Tevas Innovation and Transformation team charged with finding new and sustainable ways of engaging HCPs and patients. This role will drive a number of organizational transformation-related workstreams in partnership with business and functional leaders to deliver alternative commercial models that meet the evolving needs of our customers and patients.
