In this unique role, you will work alongside a dedicated team and govern processes in the following:

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering the best client management whilst actively developing existing client portfolios in the Foreign Exchange Payments market.
  • Build relationships with existing clients to achieve profitable growth and retention.
  • Identify, develop and execute foreign exchange, hedging strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises and corporate clients.
  • Provide professional expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to your clients.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our clients business to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities to maximize client performance.

Role Requirements

  • Education or equivalent skills are required with a strong desire to grow into a professional role.
  • Experience in client / account management role within the banking / financial sector.
  • Strong commercial focus and a proven track record in attaining / exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a desire to learn and further develop within the organization.
  • Knowledge and experience of Foreign Exchange Payments would be ideal.
  • Motivated, detail-orientated, and comfortable in a fast-paced and target driven environment.
  • Fluent in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
