******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager with responsibilities to include supervising vendors and tenants, overseeing property operations, and performing administrative and accounts payable functions. This individual will also address tenant concerns, obtain bids for services/projects, draft contracts, and assist with the annual operating expense budget and property inspection reports. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as be a creative problem solver; and will interface with other departments such as leasing, development, accounting, construction and finance. Position may grow in scope, such that it may take on additional, local properties. College degree and previous property management, facilities management or industry related experience required.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years retail property management experience
• Ability to travel to properties, as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
