MD Degree or Equivalent

Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship

Clinical cardiology experience is required.

Ky Medical License;
Board certified in Internal Medicine;
Board eligible or board certified in subspecialty of Cardiovascular Diseases;

The Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Kentucky is seeking a faculty member to exclusively focus upon the care of patients with cardiovascular diseases and expected to provide full-time physician services in the specialty of Cardiology at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. This will include patient consultation at the hospital and outpatient office(s) and timely interpretation of echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, nuclear cardiac studies, and other diagnostic modalities. Also expected to cover general cardiology call services at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
