DPM or equivalent

Resident training in Surgery/Podiatric Medicine with either a completed fellowship or board certification from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery 

Active, current license to practice in Kentucky Board Certified or Eligible in Podiatric Medicine

This position is needed in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery to achieve the goals of the Department and the mission of the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine. The primary responsibilities of the person are to provide care and to teach students and residents (as applicable) in the optimal management of patients needing podiatric services, in the treatment of patients with podiatric needs, and in the management of patients who benefit from podiatric services and surgery

Demonstrate the ability in teaching Ability to relate with fellow colleagues involved in related disciplines Ability to share responsibilities for the administration of the Orthopaedic Surgery Program
