Eligible to obtain licensure through the Kentucky State Board of Medical Licensure

Board Eligible/Board Certified by the American Board of Transplantation

Job Summary

The Division of Transplant Surgery, in the Department of Surgery at the University of Kentucky is seeking a board eligible or board certified multi-organ transplant surgeon to meet significantly growing clinical demands. We are seeking a multi-organ transplant surgeon to provide depth in coverage, and enhance the delivery of patient care, as well as increase the academic output of the Transplant Program. The successful applicant will be expected to provide, develop, and maintain clinical services as well as develop academic pursuits in the field.

The faculty member will also participate in the training and supervision of students, residents, and fellows as assigned to the Transplantation Service. This person will also have the opportunity to serve on applicable University hospital and College of Medicine committees as assigned, as well as develop research projects and support the research mission of the Division.
