The Tuck School of Business seeks an accomplished and innovative MBA curriculum developer to consult with, advise, and support faculty in designing, developing, and evaluating MBA course content. The Assistant Director will collaborate with faculty on course preparation research, development of course content and case studies, course material reviews and updates, and evaluation and implementation of pedagogical and technological enhancements. While this is an on-campus position, we are willing to consider a short-term remote work arrangement until the Assistant Director is able to relocate to the Hanover area.

Key Accountabilities

1. Collaborates with faculty to design, refine, and deliver core and elective courses, including course preparation research, development of course content and case studies, course material reviews and updates, and evaluation and implementation of pedagogical and technological enhancements. (30%)
2. Supports designated faculty teaching core and elective courses, including student advising, leading review sessions, and managing grading activities. (25%)
3. Designs, delivers, and manages co-curricular offerings, which may include engagements with student clubs, identifying and inviting speakers to campus, conferences, and other programming. (20%)
4. Collaborates with faculty in conducting research projects and writing academic papers. (10%)
5. Seeks out, applies, and shares knowledge and insights into areas of interest to students and other pertinent trends and innovations through market research, participation in peer networks and associations, and attending and representing Tuck at conferences, seminars, and speaking engagements. Contributes ideas, input, and support to initiatives, decisions, and communications with implications for curricular and co-curricular innovation and effectiveness. (15%)
