Role Summary:The role is responsible for resolving product, configuration, and application issues/questions for the GE Digital solutions products. May also provide cross-product technical deep-dive expertise, architecture and problem expertise towards complex customer solution design, coding and testing for changes and fixes.

Essential Responsibilities: Ensure customers success by fostering a balanced relationship that benefits both GE and the customer with the goal of producing the highest level of customer support and satisfaction. May be through a customer dedicated support contract or part of a team and be an escalation point for secondary support.

Engage with clients on day to day operations, organize and lead weekly calls developing a relationship

Creation and maintenance of system diagrams detailing functionality of customer GEHC IT environment

System-wide RFS review with goal of identifying patterns and root cause of cross-product/lingering/repeat support issues

Primary contributor to Knowledge Management system for customer specific configuration details that will benefit the greater Customer Center team

Act as escalation resource for Level 2 support teams

Research and troubleshoot issues involving all aspects of the GE Digital solutions, including but not limited to user interface, network and communication connectivity and performance, Cloud and on- premise component interoperability, data collection/storage, visualization, analytics, machine monitoring software and associated control systems, hardware infrastructure, and interfaces to enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM and Quality.

Own and manage personal caseload and perform callbacks and case follow through as defined by the Case Management Guidelines.

Troubleshoot and identify product problems for presentation to engineering or Cloud infrastructure teams for resolution or disseminates appropriate information necessary to correct configuration issues.

Adhere to all processes and methodology for Knowledge Centered Support. Create knowledge content for the Knowledge base.

Qualifications/Requirements: Several years of technical or clinical working experience o

Computer skills to include knowledge of software programing and database applications or clinical expertise

Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting network performance and communication issues (Wan, LAN, VPN, cellular).

Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, Layers of Networking, IP addressing,

routing, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory 2003/08, firewalls & switches as it applies to isolating and resolving reported issues in these areas.

Able to troubleshoot issues using a variety of applications (Chrome Dev Tools, WebEx, Sql Profiler, etc).

Able to apply cross project architecture fundamentals using different architectures composing the holistic Enterprise Architecture; Drive and Manage consolidated architectures; Improves architecture processes and methods across multiple projects/products.

Able to diagnose and solve intermediate to advanced issues using a variety of applications (Chrome Dev Tools, WebEx, Sql Profiler, etc).

Proactively makes or recommends decisions based on in-depth analysis; Able to define critical problems to be solved; Identifies data sources required to execute analytic; With guidance from manager, able to select and conduct advanced analytic techniques; Uses a formal process to present findings and recommend specific actions that relate to business objectives; Proposes alternative business strategies as appropriate; Applies data visualization to support finding.

Ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to maximize customer outcomes using out-of-box capabilities from our offerings and demonstrate a pragmatic capability to identify specific gaps to be filled via product roadmap or service tailoring. Develops strategy to leverage existing customer infrastructure and investments to streamline solution deployments both upstream and downstream. Possesses proven ability to deploy in both on premise and cloud based environments. Ability to credibility talk to customers about cross-sell and upsell to drive adoption and subscription expansion.

Can follow processes without assistance. Recognizes variations to the process and works to resolve independently. Can adapt to gaps or exceptions to the processes and adjust accordingly. Ability to interact with the customer demonstrating expertise and insight, and manage expectations. Identify and report when there is deviation on scope, schedule or budget. Exceeds quality requirements and adapts to ensure standards are met in all situations.

Identifies inefficient processes.

Regularly updates product knowledge to understand new features and limitations. Understands the primary competitors and partners in the product space. Understands the go to market strategy and positioning of products. Has industry experience relevant to understanding common challenges and realities faced by customers. Understands navigating the product and can answer questions on basic functionality. Should be able to conduct basic demo of product
