You will operate within the Financial Intelligence Units Subpoena Fulfillment Team, which is part of the AML Compliance team, Western Union receives thousands of subpoenas and other compulsory requests (collectively, subpoenas) for transaction data and other information. Timely and accurate fulfillment of subpoenas is one of our legal obligations.

Role Responsibilities

• Reviewing and responding to all incoming requests (Subpoenas).

• Searching Western Unions transaction records and other information for end-to-end case fulfillment.

• Interaction with law enforcement agencies, government entities, private requestors, and Western Union colleagues worldwide, to maintain effective working relationships.

• Processing necessary reports and data dashboards.

• Assisting team leader with projects and other work-related tasks.
  

Role Requirements

• Attentiveness to the details, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of discretion when working with confidential and sensitive matters.

• Bachelors degree. Legal background would be an advantage.

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

• Fluency in French and/or Arabic languages. Spanish or German language knowledge would be an advantage.

• Very strong time management, efficiency, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work within very short deadlines.

• Proficiency in working with computer, all common MS Office programs, especially MS Excel.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1258 1858 Eur. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
