Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

Youll play a key role in monitoring the progress and job performance of your own staff. You will contribute to the development, implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs designed to minimize potential money laundering risk. Youll also be required to coordinate activities with other department managers when needed. Agility and adaptability are essential, as youll be taking on additional responsibilities as your role evolves.

Ideally degree-educated, with at least three to five years of retail/consumer financial services experience, youll also be well-versed in anti-money laundering regulations within the banking/financial services industry. Youll need a proven track record of moderately complex problem-solving and decision-making, as well as demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.
