ADP, a Nasdaq listed company, 9,000 customers in France, a world leader and specialist in payroll services and outsourced management of HR processes, is looking for a Payroll Analyst team leader, and you propose to integrate a Customer Service team to use your payroll / declarative skills.
You will be responsible for producing monthly payrolls in compliance with the social legislation of one or more accounts, or a perimeter of a large account. You will need to ensure the quality of our services and control in the respect of the Customer / ADP processes defined contractually.

Your main missions will be:

  • As a Manager of a Payroll Analysis and Development Team within DECIDIUM Customer Service (RE AP Payroll MA), your mission is:
  • The management of the team's employees in accordance with the procedures established by the Human Resources Department,
  • Management of development projects in compliance with the budgetary framework,
  • Respect for the Quality Assurance process,
  • The satisfaction of internal and external customers,
  • Work in coherence and synergy with the different teams of customer services.

General conditions of exercise of the job / profession:

  • You work under the responsibility of an activity director.

Your activity includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coach and animate the team,
  • Enforce development standards: Global Security Organization security rules, testing and quality, documentation.
  • Participate in the development of functional and technical specifications related to operations.
  • Project management: encryption, planning, monitoring,
  • Report the activity (load done, still to be done) and mention the difficulties by the clear and precise warning.
  • Organize a service consistent with ADP's contractual commitments and strive for continuous improvement in the satisfaction and service experience of its client portfolio.
  • Respect the performance objectives expected on its perimeter.
  • Guarantee the commitment, development and evolution of its employees.
  • Integrate the continuous development of its leadership and its contribution to the company's Leadership Team at the heart of its business.
  • Qualifications required to succeed in the position:
  • You are flexible and autonomous and communicate with the team, taking care to inform your peers of the impact your developments may have on the areas they can manage.
  • You are organized and rigorous, have a spirit of synthesis, the sense of dialogue and consultation.
  • You intervene in an international context in which the mastery of the English language is strongly desired.
  • You are involved in your work and you have the sense of commitment and make every effort to respect quality and time.

Required Skills :

  • Management aptitude
  • Development Experience
  • Knowledge of Payroll
  • Knowledge of Payroll, GTA, GAP Station, BO Reporter models
  • Functional knowledge of the offer
  • Mastering the Siebel tool in collective organization
  • Mastery of the tools of the Service Engineer (PPC, BIZ ...)
  • Transversal Mastery of IS
  • Great sense of customer relationship
  • Great sense of organization and priority management
  • Marked openness to functional transversality (Payroll, GTA, Web, BO)
  • The level of professionalisation:
  • Bac + 3 years minimum

Language :

  • French Read, written, spoken fluently
  • English Read, write, speak fluently
