Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this role, you will be responsible for e-commerce payments and business analysis, along with periodic reporting for business teams. Well be looking to you to perform an analysis of operational trends, comparisons and metric run rates to assess operational success, evaluate opportunities and provide solutions. You will provide operational updates and performance explanations to the management and update business models to prepare routine business cases. Additionally, you will work with teams across the organization and vendors to maintain the operational performance of e-commerce payment systems, which includes addressing issues and doing root cause analysis.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have

  • Undergraduate degree, in business, preferred

  • 3 years relevant work experience, or equivalent qualifications

  • Experience in writing database queries in SQL and Power Bi

  • Experience in global payment e-commerce role, focus on customer-not-present transaction

  • Knowledge of various payment types and processing flows is preferred

  • Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated results-oriented approach to work

  • Individual initiative and experience working with teams to solve problems

  • Ability to grasp new ideas and integrate quickly to deliver results

  • Ability to effectively communicate between business and information technology teams

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and across teams

  • Advanced MSOffice skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

The annual gross base salary range is 18,298 28783 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
