In this role, you will use business and customer insights to launch, prioritize, and optimize ad products. Responsible for inventory management, forecasting, and yield management.

Role Responsibilities

• Grow owned and operated channel capacity and fill rate while developing high-yield, high-quality onsite placements and offsite extension channel
• Leverage historical data and research trends to prepare high fidelity inventory availability forecasts for onsite video and display campaigns
• Track inventory contextually and how inventory can be adapted to fit shifting demand
• Monitor and mitigate the relationship between UX and onsite advertising
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to be able to understand complex inventory, reporting, and workflow needs
• Source and facilitate opportunities for content syndication as a vehicle to grow ad inventory

Role Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in an advertising product role
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
• Experience driving incremental revenue by using 1st party data to target 3rd party inventory
• Recent experience in developing business intelligence operations from scratch and overcoming challenges such as data ingestion and normalization in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.
• Expert consumer of analytical tools and statistical models, with ability to translate into business and go-to-market strategies
• High proficiency with GAM/DFP, SSPs (e.g., Google Ad, Index Exchange), Excel, SQL, and data-visualization tools such as Tableau
• Working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD, Criteo)

Salary

The on-target earnings range is USD$74,000- USD$127,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
