Job Summary
In consultation with the Associate Dean for Admissions and the admissions committee, this position will aid in maintaining effective and compliant protocols/policy for the admissions process.

This position will train all interviewers as well as maintain knowledge of current Admissions trends. This position will also visit regional campuses regularly to appraise admissions processes on those campuses.

The individual will be responsible for implementing a state-wide recruitment program, organizing recruitment on UK campus, counsel applicants, and educate premedical advisors.

In addition, the individual will supervise two office staff members directly. Indirect supervision of admissions officers at regional campuses is required as well. Lastly, the person will be the system administrator for office software system.

This position will serve as the primary liaison with Association of American Medical Colleges and educating all admissions personnel annually of updates.

Preferred Education/Experience
It is preferred that the candidate have a Master’s degree with five years of experience but applicants with other degrees will be considered with equivalent years of related work experience.
