Job Summary | The person in this position reports directly to the staff co-Director of TEK and provides support and coordination to members of the TEK team in fulfilling the mission and goals of the office. Duties include managing the daily operations of the office, performing administrative and support functions including maintaining the directors calendar, ordering office supplies, monitoring and reconciling budgets, organizing and facilitating meetings, including recording and distributing meeting minutes, assisting with organization and submission of accreditation documentation for SACSCOC. Individual should demonstrate possession of professional and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused and solution-oriented approach to interactions. Professionalism and leadership qualities are required to perform duties with minimal supervision after training. |
