Job Summary | The Administrative Support Associate I position serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging Director and as the front-line interface for the Director’s office to ensure smooth and seamless operation. Duties include assisting the Director and Associate Directors and other Center faculty/staff with problem solving, communication, and special projects; coordinate and manage Center communications and events; liaison with internal and external individuals and organizations; assist with financial management administration; and provide editorial assistance where needed. In addition to being detail-oriented, the successful candidate will exhibit professionalism and good judgment and have: strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, excellent verbal and written communication skills, capacity to work independently as well as in a team and with flexibility, service orientation, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office. |
