Must be able to sit at computer with regular breaks, and no lifting over 25 lbs.


Monday-Friday; 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (37.5 hours/week).

Job Summary

The Fraternity and Sorority Life Office (FSL) seeks to hire a new administrative associate. The ideal candidate will be someone who is:
Detail oriented.
Capable of managing multiple projects at once.
Able to work well on a team and is team oriented.
Passionate about student development and working with college students.
Calm under pressure and can triage different issues as they arise.

The Administrative Support Associate I will serve as the first contact for community members, advisors, alumni, faculty and staff regarding Fraternity and Sorority Life. They will also serve as administrative support for the Dean of Students Office on an as-needed basis.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Access Database, MS Word, SAP Campus Management,Payroll Training, Outlook, Advocacy Database Software, Excel

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelors Degree and one year experience in database management, student service, administrative, accounting, office, and/or clerical.
