We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to support the IT department at our corporate headquarters.
- Administers the calendar, scheduling meetings and booking appointments for the CIO and IT leadership.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the appropriate departments in the manner requested by the CIO.
- Follows established policy and procedure in ensuring smooth operations within IT. Writes new policies and procedures as needed.
- Makes travel arrangements for CIO and other assigned staff, including transportation and hotel.
- Processes departmental invoices, taking note of any available discount terms and periods.
- Prepares expense reports for the Leader(s) and other divisional staff as requested.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to answering telephones, ordering office supplies, mailing packages either via overnight service or US Postal Service, planning and arranging divisional events, monitoring Executives' e-mails, preparing divisional presentations and communications, and filing and managing
The position requires a High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years of Administrative experience, preferably for a CIO.
