Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be fully trained to support our accreditation team by investigating and analyzing new customer accounts in order to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation, and policies. After gathering all required information about the customers, you will decide whether to pursue or terminate business relationships with them. Here you will have an opportunity to work and develop in a professional multicultural environment. In addition, the role will require helping colleagues and management with training new staff, audits and support projects, or any additional ad-hoc tasks.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Experience in Operations, Know Your Customer, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering or relevant field
  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written Czech and English is mandatory, another European language is a plus
  • Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal
  • Ability to use analytical skills to identify problems and provide solutions
  • Capability to work and prioritize effectively under stress, time management skills
