The France Foundation, a wholly owned subsidiary of SmithBucklin, is searching for an Accreditation and Outcomes Manager to join our team, based in the shoreline town of Old Lyme, CT.

We are leaders in the area of certified continuing education for health professionals including physicians (ACCME), pharmacists (ACPE), and nurses. We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, team-oriented Accreditation and Outcomes Manager to join our amazing team. When you think about your strengths, do these characteristics describe you? Core Responsibilities:

  1. Manage our ACCME and ACPE accreditation program
  2. Lead the Joint Accreditation submission 2021-2022
  3. Work with project managers and medical directors to develop activity outcomes reports

Accreditation Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate all CME/CE functions of The France Foundation

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with ACCME and ACPE criteria including continuous auditing of all activity files and templates
  • Ensure updates and changes are incorporated into the CME/CE process, templates and internal policies
  • Ensure activity files contain all required retention documentation
  • Act as a resource for all regulatory questions

Lead the 2021-2022 joint accreditation application submission:

  • With the support of an advisor, lead the internal team to prepare for joint accreditation
  • Project manage the development of the self-study and file audits

Reporting:

  • Register activities in the ACCME Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS)
  • Register and update MOC (maintenance of certification) activities in PARS
  • Register activities, assign UAN numbers, and upload pharmacy learners into CPE Monitor

Joint Sponsorships:

  • Manage all relationships and project details for joint sponsorships
  • Facilitate all other accreditation requests outside of ACCME and ACPE
  • Manage the certificate distribution process and database for both ACCME and ACPE
  • Participate in outcomes planning process and committee


Outcomes Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with project managers and medical directors to create activity outcomes reports
  • Serve as the central keeper of outcomes innovations and supporter preferences
  • Lead the bi-weekly Outcomes Committee meetings

Basic Qualifications- What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project and process management experience required; within the healthcare, medical education, or other education setting highly preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently, and easy rapport in building collaborative working relationships
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • An excitement to learn and to share learnings with the larger team
  • A drive for innovation and growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical education
  • Knowledgeable of the current guidelines and criteria of the ACCME, ACPE, AMA, and others as appropriate
  • Understanding of performance and quality improvement based continuing education, in addition to the understanding of/and the ability to align with the requirements of MOC
