Job Description:

This role performs a variety of general accounting support tasks including verifying the accuracy of documents, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining and compiling data for reporting purposes.

Essential Functions:
Prepares and reports on daily cash available for use to senior management.
Sets up Purchase Orders and Payment Vouchers in PeopleSoft.
Enters journal entries to for the General Ledger team to assist with completing monthly close.
Conducts monthly analysis of selected balance sheet accounts including the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and payroll liability accounts.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:
Requires an Associate's degree and at least two years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Intermediate Excel Skills.
Strong client service orientation required.
PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
Well-developed organizational, time management, and administrative skills, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
High attention to detail.
Strong cross-functional communication/people skills.
