Youll be responsible for revenue and transaction growth in La Pampa and Santa Cruz provinces as a farmer. Some of your responsibilities are:

Role Responsibilities

• Interact with potential and new agents activating them and supporting them in growth across all our agent products and services. You will account management agents whilst maximizing sales opportunities.
• Building relationships with relevant grassroots and community organizations and optimizing sales opportunities. Using your reporting skills to provide weekly sales reports and competitor analysis. You will use your relationship skills to maintain and grow sound business relationships.
• Keep the agents in perfect conditions. Administer, control and monitor all the active agents. Support all agency issues.
• Interact with different areas to resolve the issues.
• Available to travel: Business trip (5 days) to La Pampa and Santa Cruz twice per month.

Role Requirements

• Education or equivalent skills are required, with at least five years of related experience in Communications, Branding, or Marketing for this role.
• Negotiating and teamwork skills. Self-management of resources. Management of computer tools. Ownership skill: Autonomy and responsibility.
• Own vehicle in good condition (5 years of antique). Include, driving license (requirement)
• Intermediate English level and intermediate Excel.
• Degree or student in commercial, marketing, administration or related and three years of experience in: financial companies or retail channel in Commercial area or costumer services.
