Inspirato is looking for a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit and strong business acumen to help shape new business development.  If you have a passion for customer success, the ability to articulate the ROI of membership, a strong work ethic, and can be adaptable in a fast-paced organization, this could the role for you. Successful Membership Directors have experience doing deep levels of discovery, objection handling, and a unique ability to create a sense of urgency for a discretionary product. They are engaged with potential members at every level of the sales cycle from building a relationship, determining mutual fit, the development of the deal, to the close of business. They are the trusted advisors to our potential members. This person will work in a team-based environment with a shared goal while balancing their own pipeline.

  • Can articulate the Inspirato values and successfully connects, collaborates, and innovates with other departments in the organization.

  • Passion to build awareness for re-enrollment opportunities across diverse platforms including, but not limited to, web demos, Teams calls, virtual events, territory visits, lunch and learns and LinkedIn.

  • Able to articulate the benefits of the new product opportunities.

  • Results driven able to operate with both high output and quality, and must have the utmost integrity in their work.

  • Comfortable reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and provide accurate guidance on quota attainment.

  • Resourceful preference to utilize tools within the organization to find resolve.

  • Articulate, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Detail oriented and creative thoughtful and methodical in all communication. 

  • Strong work ethic  willing to work nights and weekends, blending pleasure with work.

  • Desire to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications:  Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in role with revenue-based individual/team performance KPIs.

  • History of consistently meeting and exceeding performance KPIs.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the capability to effectively prioritize.

  • Experienced and confident in value-based selling.

  • Skilled at overcoming difficult objections, rejection, tough. personalities, various decision makers, and maturely handle the highs and lows of a professional sales environment.

  • Impeccable listening skills, and the ability to react quickly in conversation.

  • Confidence to discuss budget comfortably.

  • Ability to build constructive tension in the sales process.

  • Experience and proficiency using Salesforce.com or similar CRM to manage a pipeline.

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Teams platform.

  • Ability to develop strong rapport with Inspirato Care Teams and leaders.

  • Previous sales methodology training.

  • A desire to develop a Challenger Mindset.

  • Familiarity with utilizing LinkedIn to connect with members and use. of the platform to drive revenue and referral opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Preferred 3 years in role with revenue-based individual/team performance KPIs.

Compensation- The compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary and commission component. The base salary is $45,000 with an On Target Earnings of $95,000 annually. This role is eligible to earn uncapped commission based on individual performance. Commission is paid on a monthly basis and On Target Earnings will be paid in full for the first two months in the position during training. 

  • We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.

Commission  This position is eligible for the 2022 Sales Commission Plan.  Additional details will be as set forth after your initial start date.  


Equity - This position is eligible for the company's equity plan.

FAM Trip  This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
