Shift | Monday – Friday. Some nights and weekends. Work will primarily by teleconference/zoom but may include travel for visits to agencies and treatment providers as COVID restrictions allow when teleconference is not adequate to achieve job goals. |
Job Summary | The University of Kentucky invites applications for a pharmacist to help with Educational Development, Implementation and Technical Assistance aimed at assisting community providers and agencies to expand engagement in treatment with Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for the NIDA HEALing Communities Study (HCS). |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Candidates must possess a strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations; opioid use disorders; methadone and buprenorphine storage and regulations; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; research and data collection; passion for outreach, education and training. Candidates must also have a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic. |
