**Job Description**



The National Practice Expert (NPE) will drive sales growth for the Family Office Practice inin partnership with UST ME’s MSE’s, PCA’s,PCM’s Wealth Strategists and Trust Officers. The NPEis the national subject matter expert and key resource to drive relationshipdeepening and relationshipretention for the FamilyOffice Practice. The NPE delivers in-depth guidance,experience and tailored solutions to existing UST and ML clients and prospects.The NPE drives the development of value propositions, best practices and thought leadership for the FamilyOffice Practice, as well as the primary educator to colleagues across the markets.



**Responsibilities**



+ Drive and support sales and business development activities the family office and the UHNW client

+ Lead high end pre and post sale customizedconsultingand advisory servicesto Family Office (FO) prospects and currentrelationships for UST–includes consulting on all aspects of a family enterprise, tailored to clients family’s priorities and goals

+ Keypractitioner and content creator for the Family Office & UHNW client/prospect

+ Leads the development of strategic partnerships with external/independent family offices, COI’s and industry groups.

+ Leads the development of a strategy to educate colleagues on FO advisory services and solutions

+ Leads thought leadership and best practice development and recommendationsrelated to structure and governance, policies and procedures, staffing and outsourcing decisions for family office & UHNW

+ Deliver presentations at national, regional and market level conferences, seminars and other venues

+ Is the subject matter expert and resource to assistwith vetting opportunities, the ongoing discovery process and review/preparation of presentation to families, boardsand committees

+ Support retention of significant FO and UHNWclients



**Required Skills**



+ Experience and credibility as a sales practitioner

+ Deep understanding of FamilyOffice sector

+ Strong consultative and advisory skills with ability to conceptualize and position ideas and solutions

+ Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise capabilities

+ External visibility through active involvement in role related networking, affiliate opportunities

+ Communicates with presence; listens effectively to demonstrate understanding, and communicates with clarity and conviction to influence thinking

+ Excellent ability to work in team environment, both within US Trust and across the BAC franchise

+ Strong leadership skills

+ Projects executive presence to clients, employees, and colleagues



**Desired Skills**



+ 10+ years of successful experience in consulting, relationship management or sales

+ Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degreeor certification desired.

+ Demonstrated sales track record

+ Depth of knowledge in family office consulting or management

+ FINRA Licenses7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
