## Job Description

* Complex project ownership

* Type: Supporting, Operational, Strategic

* Number of projects at any given time: Dependent on size and complexity

* Reports to CS EUV Upgrade GL or Department Manager.

* Interfaces with Manager, customer engineer/manager, IE engineers, governance/steering committee

* Supervises/coaches project members

* External counterparts on operational level

Plan and Prioritize:

* Creates and uses detailed project plan (deliverables, who, when)

* Defines deliverables for project members

* Understands customers process and expectations

* Defines clear and quantifiable priorities

* Identifies critical path of the project and anticipates next steps

Manage project structure:

* Is able to make WBS

* Is able to claim resources for proper project delivery and push for resolution when resources are not available

* Is able to make planning based on WBS and available resources

* Is able to install/work with governance structure for project

* Is able to challenge the project scope and drive agreement on deliverables

* Budget conscientious: Is able to make estimate on necessary days and manpower needed and monitor to stay within budget

* Ensures project team meetings take place regularly

* Has regular progress reporting to stakeholders / sponsors / project team

* Understands proper escalation paths and solve basic-complex road blocks

* Responsible for complete project documentation

Delegate tasks and follow up:

* Allocates work and appoints owners to logical "buckets" of deliverables in line with team structure

* Checks if deliverables are finalized on time and in budget - intervenes when necessary

* Keeps daily control, arranges proper mitigations when resources cannot deliver

Manage risks and customer requirements:

* Is able to assess and address risks based on input from project members and personal experience

* Is able to understand operational and strategical risks

* Understands customer needs and ensures project deliverables are meeting customer requirements

* Is able to deal with stressful situations and stay result focused under pressure


* Is able to clearly define what resources are necessary to get WBS elements done and follows intuition and experience in estimation

* Is able to clearly communicates what effort is expected from resources

* Understands ASML’s organizational WoW to identify the correct resources
