Description **Job Description:**

Work on a variety of cross-platform projects and help the team with larger strategic initiatives stepping in as needed. Also assist with presentations and strategic review sessions for marketing leadership and execs. PPT skills are a must.

**Program Manager**

Project management of marketing campaigns. Oversight and development of campaign assets includingthought leadership, visual graphics, written content, videos, social media, website creation, event strategy, and coordination with PRGathering and understanding of key learnings and metrics to analyze effectiveness of programs and adjust as necessary Day-to-day financial management including global forecasting, global reconciliation and global reporting. Ensuring financial activity reporting is 100% accurate. Day-to-day management of operational components including legal, compliance, and brand review, vendor management, audit requirements, risk requirements, etc. Collaboration with stakeholders, events team, communications partners, agencies and global partners


+ 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2B and/or financial services.

+ Must have some marketing knowledge - planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating campaigns. Campaigns include messaging, press strategy, advertising, social opportunities, event & sponsorship strategy, thought leadership and employee awareness.

+ Must understand some insights on client segments and underlying client and prospect demographics, personas, buying behavior, communication routines, decision drivers and triggers, pressures, opportunities, growth potential.

+ Must be able to communicate marketing strategies and plans consistently and appropriately to various levels of organization. Influence others to be engaged in planning and supporting marketing programs.

+ Must be able to thrive in a matrixed organization.

+ PPT skills are a must for this position.
