## Job Mission

To realize 'World Class' support to Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and 'short time-to-market' by continuous improvement of ASML's new and existing products and processes. The Sr. Specialist will have three primary responsibilities:

1. Key project participant for reporting alignment efforts for Future Mode of Operations greenfield SAP implementation. Align with multiple international factories.
2. Responsibility for operations reporting and business analytics with respect to site dashboard generation and maintenance, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), cycle time and manufacturing labor hours reporting.
3. Project coordination for the labor time study program, implementing the standard, existing way of working.

## Job Description

Developing new reporting structures for SAP greenfield implementation. Participate as a key representative from Wilton Factory in the design of metrics reporting out of SAP. Align business objectives/metrics/reporting structures within the new system and across factories. Manage the development and preparation of multiple reports to managers on overtime, cycle time, WIP tracking, on-time delivery, and labor hours for Manufacturing, Logistics, and Optics. Provide weekly staff slides for senior level review.

Operations reporting includes: analyzing data from various sources to provide senior site management a clear picture of cycle time, labor hours, on time delivery, etc actuals versus target. Perform gap analysis on product lines/metrics/KPI’s that are not meeting target to provide recommendations. Management of site dashboards and KPI’s. Executes diverse administrative tasks related to department or functional process, including fill in for department manager. Coordinates the annual alignment of Corporate Objectives to site metrics and actions with Senior Leadership Team. Develops and oversees internal reporting on the performance of department.

Labor time study project management includes implementing company standard work to analyze the present state way of working for both assembly and fabrication operations. Coordinate and train observers to take time study data. Complete analysis and validation of the data. Develop cycle time and labor hours reduction ‘roadmaps’ based on recommendations. Present observations and recommendations to management. Track implementation and results.

## Education

Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Mechanical,Business or Industrial preferred

## Experience

3-7 years experience in manufacturing/data analytics

SAP super user preferred

Intermediate to advanced computer skill and data analysis skills

Excellent communication skills

Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Expert ability to generate pivot tables and VBA macros

Excellent project management skills

Ability to work hands-on in factory to understand drivers for cycle time and labor hours

Ability to influence a cross-functional team

Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience

Knowledge of manufacturing resources planning theories, principles and industry practices

SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects a plus
