Leads a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact. Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives. Participates with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area. Serves as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints and complex service requests. Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the IT service delivery process. Associates in this job code do not manage people.



Position Summary



+ Manages client engagement across GWIM Digital Analytics project portfolio. Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives. Participates with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area. Serves as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints and complex service requests. Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the IT service delivery process. Associates in this job code do not manage people.



Required Skills



+ Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience in digital intelligence, machine learning and/or business intelligence delivery

+ Strong customer-focused approach

+ Strong problem solving skills

+ Proficiency in abstract logic and complex design challenges

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills

+ Collaborative work practices

+ Experience in organizing and leading diverse, multi-level stakeholder meetings involving a mix of Tech and Business participants

+ Solid presentation skills

+ Proven ability to drive prioritization discussion and resolution where potentially strong differences in opinion may be common

+ Knowledge of digital development and measurement



Desired Skills



+ IT degree preferred

+ Excellent PowerPoint skills

+ Solid understanding of the business requirements gathering process for business intelligence/measurement projects

+ Familiarity with digital data capture, database/data aggregation, UI and data science/machine learning concepts
