The Manufacturing Operations in Wilton Connecticut is responsible for the production of lithography tools and optical fabrication as well as purchasing and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within Manufacturing. This position is based in the Plans and Controls group within the manufacturing sector in Wilton, Connecticut.

## Job Mission

To realize 'World Class' support to Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and 'short time-to-market' by continuous improvement of ASML's new and existing products and processes. The planner will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and monitoring the movement of material through the optical fabrication cycle

## Job Description

Implement lead time scheduling in conjunction with the transition from shop-based product flow to cellular manufacturing

Develop and monitor key in-house production milestones.

Coordinate daily production reviews.

Identify and communicate material availability issues.

Identify, schedule and monitor utilization of key capacity restraints (CnC machines and coating chambers)

Schedule and monitor new product introduction and developmental activities to ensure on time delivery to project milestones.

## Education

Bachelor of Science in engineering (Mechanical, or Industrial preferred) or business preferred

## Experience

3-7 years experience in manufacturing preferred

SAP experience preferred

APICS certification strongly preferred

Intermediate to advanced computer skill and data analysis skills

Excellent communication skills

Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience

Knowledge of manufacturing resources planning theories, principles and industry practices

SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects a plus
