## Job Mission

To plan, direct, and coordinate the transportation operations within ASML and the activities of organizations that provide transportation services to ASML, verify and retain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) knowledge is a plus. This position will also be responsible for interacting with other departments such as Manufacturing, Logistics and Customer Support.

## Job Description

Manages 3PL transportation and distribution systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and economical delivery of the organization’s products.

Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.

Coordinates incoming and outgoing movement and storage of components, parts, and finished product to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet schedules.

Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.

Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives

Owner of traffic budget, manage efficiencies and owner of cost reduction programs.

Direct activities of performing repairs and maintenance to ASML vehicles

Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services

Set operations policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures for the handling of dangerous goods

Assure the security and safety of all freight

Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures related to transportation, as well as safety and handling of hazardous materials

Monitor for and report damaged / defective materials (or questionable) to department Supervisor.

Data entry and record retention.

Adhere to all safety regulations and make recommendations.

## Education

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience preferred

## Experience

5yrs min experience

Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) experience a plus

General computer proficiencies

SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word a plus

Strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels within the organization and outside.

Strong organizational skills and detailed record keeping.

Customer focused, able to work in a diverse environment and culture

Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
