Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this group is Field Factory (FF) Department comprised of 3 separate groups which perform Installs, Relocations and Upgrades.

## Job Mission

Manage and keep track of complex field upgrades, relocations, installation activities, enabling the field teams to unlock the potential of ASML products for our customers. The CS FF Local Coordinator will interface with ASML Project Managers, Project Leads, Coordinators, FF engineers, and material handlers. The FF Local Coordinator will also have internal interface with local CS field offices as well as external interfaces with customers.

## Job Description



* As an ASML FF Local Coordinator you will be an FF ambassador at the local customer site.


* Prepare for Relocation, Install, and Upgrade SO’s with service coordinator. Communicate Service Order local WOW with the visiting FF team.


* Attend preparation calls, check for parallel actions on track/laser upgrade, discussion and plans for IRM work with customer


* Arrange pre fingerprint testing if applicable, provide machine configuration including patch level, machine non-conformances, current performance and/or open SO’s so that current machine status is clear to visiting team.


* Assist visiting team with BRES connection, local office work area, and wafer track process sheet for Metro tests.


* Instruct visiting team on dock access including path to fab access for parts/tooling delivery, cleaning requirements so as to not impact customer production or contamination levels.


* Instruct local team on local fab WOW including location of approved laydown areas in the fab, chemical storage area, location of housekeeping supplies, machine signage/barricade requirements, location of cleanroom entry areas, gowning procedures, and emergency exit locations.


* Assist visiting ASML teams with local badging requirements, assist with BRES access, fab phones, fab-tops, local safety training, office facilities (vender room, local office).


* Act as third party single point of contact (Zeiss, CYMER, Rigger, TEL… etc.)


* Work with the local CS, customer, on-site CSU coordinator and Veldhoven organizations to plan and make all necessary preparations for the on-time execution of the Install, relocation or upgrade.


* Assist other FF on-site CSU coordinators by facilitating their issues at the local site.


* During escalations, work with on-site CSU coordinators to support all plans for technical issues.


* Daily reporting of upgrade progress and issues to customers. Communicate executive summaries when requested to do so.


* Deal with fast changing circumstances and change plans accordingly.

## Education



* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred. Will consider Associates degree at a minimum.

## Experience



* Experience in a customer support department for high tech products. Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical or Ultra Clean Vacuum experience preferred.


* Engineers with 2-3 years ASML EUV or NXT `hands-on’ experience is preferred, project coordination kills a must!
