Within ASML the sector Development & Engineering is responsible for the specification and the design of the ASML products. The Mechanical Development department is responsible for specification, design, integration and qualification of the mechanical (sub)-systems and components. The group TMF (Test and Measurement Facility) is responsible for test strategy, design, realization and analysis on these mechanical (sub)-systems and components across all ASML sites. TMF Wilton is a part of the DE US Mechanical Development Department.

## Job Mission

Establish test competency in Wilton using TMF methodologies, technologies, and WoWs. This individual will be responsible for establishing an Instrumentation Library within Wilton, tracking the instrumentation use and calibration, selecting the correct sensors and acquisition system for the desired measurement methodology and integrating it into the test setup. This individual will be responsible for the quality of the data collected and the influence the measurement tools have on the test.

## Job Description

Position reports to GL of the DE US MDev Mechatronics Modules group. The position will focus on Test Methodology, Instrumentation selection, integration and operation, Instrumentation calibration and tracking, test performance and quality.

* Instrumentation Library owner
* Select and integrate instrumentation based on measurement method
* Develop and deliver on TMF Wilton Instrumentation Roadmap
* Write, review and communicate test plans
* Execute tests according to test and project planning, analyze and report test results
* Actively contribute to the testing competency within ASML

## Education

* BS Engineering – electrical, mechatronics or (applied) physics or equivalent experience.

## Experience

* At least 3-5 years experience in a relevant multi-disciplinary technical work environment.
* Hands on experience with sensor integration and data aquisition
* Experience with the design, realization, execution, and analysis of test setups on mechanical and electrical systems
* Proficient experience with MATLAB, Labview
* Preferred experience with Xpc software and Minitab
* Preferred Weibull, HALT, HASS test experience and/or failure mode analysis, especially from a materials perspective
