Description **Job Description:**



Utilizes subject matter expertise and domain knowledge in a variety of business analysis, process design, and project management capacities. Identifies opportunities, performs analysis, designs, documents, and implements process improvements in the realm of broker-dealer supervision. Determines requirements and manages projects, works closely with other teams and resources as needed to deliver the desired results. Works in partnership with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve supervision needs. Works independently and under minimal supervision on projects requiring creative solutions.



**Job Responsibilities** include (but are not limited to) the following:



+ Actively participate in strategic development initiatives within the Supervision organization

+ Work with Supervision staff to understand their technology needs, collaborate on possible solutions, and fully document intended requirements

+ Work closely with developers, project managers, and technology business analysts to ensure an accurate understanding and interpretation of documented requirements as well as timely resolution of business-related issues or questions raised

+ Manage and escalate risks and issues as they are identified

+ Consistently provide ongoing updates on status of projects through the development lifecycle

+ Communicate effectively (both written and oral) with variety of audiences including peers, Supervision leadership, field management, and technology partners

+ Work with broader Supervisory Tools, Analytics, and Strategy team on data analysis projects as required



This role will involve working on large scale project deliveries; in addition to helping provided business-as-usual support and testing along with other smaller enhancements pertaining to the various lines of business supported by GWIM Supervision (USWM, PBIG, Edge, US Trust, GWRS, and WMB).

**Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)

+ 4-5 years of Business Analyst experience

+ Strong communication and analytical skills

+ Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills

+ Flexibility to shift gears between projects, as necessary

+ Ability to work independently as well as in a team

+ Capacity to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements

+ Prior project management experience, including develop project materials and maintaining project documentation

+ Data analytical skills using advanced Excel methods

+ Subject matter expertise and domain knowledge in Bank of America systems and technology processes

+ Prior User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience helpful

+ Experience with SQL-based query tools

+ Understanding of ML products and services

+ Experience with regulatory and supervisory requirements as well as corporate policies and procedures

+ Prior Experience in Agile (Lean) model of project life cycle.



**Weekly Schedule:**



Potential for sporadic weekend hours for testing

Performs qualitative and quantitative business analysis encompassing banking, functional design and systems issues within scope of assigned project. Typically coordinates successful resolution of issues arising during course of project to ensure timely completion of critical tasks. Ensures project objectives are achieved on schedule and monitored through detailed project work plan. Ensures projects are within scope of strategic and marketing plan for the Asset Management Group.
