## Job Mission

Act as a bridge between the different shifts to ensure continuity in our process and ways of working. Ensure that the operation is adequately balanced(manpower and skills) to achieve designated goals.

## Job Description

The group leader will work together with the operation manager to realize the 3 year strategic plan, driving the fab teams towards cost targets and operation excellence.

In charge of the hiring process for the Department Onboarding of new hires and mentoring them during their first year within the company Assist the Fab operation manager in doing monthly deep dive in cost.

## Education

Minimum Bachelor in a technical field or equivalent experience. Preferably a master.

## Experience

10 to 15 years experience with a minimum proven track record in a similar position of 5 years Knowledge of the semiconductor industry preferred Previoyus experience in cost analysis and process implementation will be positively considered.

## Personal skills

Cost conscious, can think outside the box. Focus on understanding details. Outspoken with good interpersonnal skills. Able to work under minimal supervision.
