## Job Mission

Support ASML EUV systems in INTEL Fabs on a 24/7 support scheme.

## Job Description

Responsible to monitor proactively 1 system as a "machine father" and provide any counter measures based on this monitoring. Perform maintenance and repairs as requested by the shift leader and/or the group leader Escalate complex issues to the next line of support Perform administrative duty.

* Perform scheduled maintenance

* Perform repairs, identify failures and provide corrective actions

* Monitor system health

* The work requires to work night and weekend

## Education

Bachelor of science (mechanics, optics, physics) or equivalent experience

## Experience

0~2 years experience knowledge of semiconductor industry, vacuum system or plasma are highly appreciated

## Personal skills

Proactive, self learner and enjoy working in a team.
