**Role Summary:**



GE Additive is looking for a creative and experienced marketing communications professional to join the GE Additive Communications team. The role will be responsible for all customer communications needed by the Additive sales & marketing team.







**Essential Responsibilities:**







The Customer Communications Leader will help create and manage all marketing communications collateral for GE Additive; including brochures, catalogs, data sheets and presentations both print and digital.







In addition the Customer Communications Leader will :







+ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Communications Leaders to determine needed materials and information for day to day customer interactions



+ Create and manage a digital platform and an order fulfillment system for GE Additive



+ This platform will make it easy for all customer facing GE Additive employees to access communications materials, regardless of location and time



+ All content on the platform will be up to date and approved for use







+ Work closely with GE Additives Creative Director to understand the best assets to use (photography and imagery)



+ Work closely with Client Communications Leaders and Sales, ensuring that they are aware of all key customer interactions (meetings, presentations, conferences, and events); and all materials and collateral requirements are prepared



+ Follow all GE brand guidelines



+ Engage with relevant stakeholders to understand the key talking points of every product, service, and offering from GE Additive



+ This will include the key messages, features, benefits, and the value proposition of each offering







+ Gather feedback from sales, marketing, and customer success teams ensuring that communications materials are clear, effective, appropriate, and on-brand



+ Evolve and update materials based on feedback and / or change in strategy



+ **PLEASE NOTE: This position can be based in Europe (Munich or Lichtenfels, Germany) or North America (Cincinnati, Ohio)** **Qualifications/Requirements:**



+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Communications) or equivalent knowledge and experience



+ Some years of experience in Events Management or a related field **ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :**



+ PLEASE NOTE: This position can be based in Europe (Munich or Lichtenfels, Germany) or North America (Cincinnati, Ohio)



+ GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States or Germany (depending on work location) for this opening **Desired Characteristics:**



+ Good project management skills



+ Experience in digital marketing communications



+ Experience working in a B2B environment



+ Experience working with outside creative agencies



+ Knowledge of printing services and processes



+ Excellent copyrighting skills and experience in capturing tone of voice



+ Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment juggling and executing on multiple priorities



+ Ability to see around corners and evaluate emerging communications technologies



+ Calm and capable demeanor



+ Ability to inspire trust and confidence from those around them
