Description **Job Description:**

The Business Support Lead (BSL) is part of the Global Marketing Corporate Affairs Team. He/She will support diverse administrative functions for a senior level executive, the head of Enterprise Communications for the company, in a highly energized and collaborative team.

Functions include: executive calendar management; planning and coordination of travel and meetings with diverse teams inside and outside the company; processing of expenses and invoices; supply and facility management; team coordination, onboarding/offboarding employees: securing necessary technology and related support; creation and editing of presentations, supporting materials and reporting; and special projects as needed. May direct or coordinate work that needs to flow within the team, including correspondence, issues and immediate requests.

Enterprise Role Overview:

Supports the administrative function for a key executive leading Communications for Bank of America. Responsibilities may include meeting organization including reserving TelePresence, travel planning, calendar management, expense management and invoicing. Requires an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the department's functional operations. May direct workflow activities.

Required Skills:

· Expert Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills

· 5+ years administrative experience and/or business support experience

· Experience with calendar management, travel planning, and expense-management

· Experience interfacing with and supporting Senior Executives

Desired Skills:

· Ability to multi-task, self-starter requiring minimum supervision

· Ability to proactively look for potential conflicts or issues and quickly resolve


· Visio skills a plus

· Proficiency in Concur & Ariba systems

· Proficiency in internal technology ordering systems

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

· Ability to obtain information in a timely and efficient manner

· Effective comprehension, listening, verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to navigate in a constantly changing environment and under tight deadlines with high level of accuracy

· Strong relationship skills and ability to work with a variety of constituent groups

· Ability to interface with Senior Executives
