## Job Mission

ASML is looking for a Business Development Manager experienced with ASML's application product line to join our newly formed sales team in Hillsboro, OR. You'll combine your technical knowledge of photolithography applications and your technical sales skills to position ASML products at customer sites. Are you ready for the challenge?

## Job Description

* Has a strong supporting role in product sales through competitively positioning products towards customer applications, leveraging technical background, product and customer application knowledge.
* Determines critical customer requirements and coordinates additional information or changes through standard structures and processes.
* Understands customer requirements and translates them into product requirements and
business opportunities.
* Able to analyze the interactive technical, product, market and business issues.
* Remains persistent until delivering results in time.
* Gives advice to colleagues and customers; supports others and openly shares knowledge.
* Develops customer specific product sales/marketing strategies, leveraging technical background, product and customer application knowledge in a dynamic commercial environment.
* Determines critical product developments and information requirements to address key customer applications/technology developments.
* Identifies product roadmap requirements for regional business opportunities and impact for future products.

## Education

Bachelor/MS with at least 8+ years of experience in ASML (or equivalent experience).
Experienced professional with broad technical understanding and engineering or physical
science background.

## Experience

* Specialized semiconductor professional with technical experience and engineering or physical science education.
* Broad industry experience including management background and professional technical knowledge.
* Strong understanding of ASML’s application product line.
* Good understanding of commercial processes and PGP.
